Scope

This notice covers quantprima.com, the corporate website of Quantprima LLC. Each property in the portfolio publishes its own privacy notice covering that property.

The site sets no cookies, uses no advertising or analytics trackers, and does not ask you to create an account.

The contact form

When you submit the form we receive the enquiry type, your name, company, work email, the website address if you give one, and your message. We use them to answer you.

Your submission is processed by a function running on Cloudflare's network, which validates the fields before anything is sent onward.

Rate limiting and anti-spam

Your IP address is processed temporarily for security and rate limiting, and for nothing else. It is used to count submissions so the form cannot be flooded. The counter is held in Cloudflare Workers KV. The key is derived using a keyed hash, so the address itself is never stored and the resulting key is not practically reversible without the private key. It expires automatically after 3,600 seconds and holds a number rather than your address or your message.

We also use a hidden field that people do not see, how quickly the form was completed, and the number of links in the message, to filter automated submissions. There is no third-party captcha and no behavioural tracking.

Email delivery

Where email delivery is enabled, the enquiry is passed to Resend, our email processor, and delivered to a Quantprima mailbox. Your work email is set as the reply-to address.

Your IP address and country are not included in that email and are not kept with it. The enquiry we receive contains what you typed and the time it arrived.

How long we keep it

The rate-limit counter expires after 3,600 seconds and nothing about your IP address survives it. Enquiry emails stay in the mailbox we answer from; we have not set a fixed deletion schedule for them. Ask us and we will delete yours.

Server logs

Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, user agent and requested page, for security and reliability.
